Haden is the UK based, long-standing appliance and home-wear brand. They decided that they wanted to take control of their brand of Amazon and expand their sales channels to include the Amazon marketplace.

We were tasked with refreshing existing content and creating, uploading, and managing branded content in the form of product titles, key feature bullet points, as well as enhanced content in the form of A+ and Storefront for Haden in the UK.


We tackled this task by looking at the foundation – keyword research and Landscape research (competitor and market analysis) which would allow us to understand better the best niche for Haden’s products on Amazon.co.uk.  

Based on our research, we crafted titles, bullet points, A+ content and a Storefront which reflected the essence and core of the Haden brand – in line with brand guidelines as well as Amazon policies (referring to amazon content policy – what we can/cannot say)

Advertising in the form of sponsored brand ads, product display ads and others were used as the driving force to get volumes of traffic to our optimised product listings.


In 2 months, we achieved:

Sales: 312% increase (Feb 2020 compared to April)

ACoS/ROAS: 12.75% (1 April-11 May)

Conversion rate: 25% (April)

10% increase in buy box ownership (Feb 2020 compared to April 2020)
