Junior Client Success Manager

This is not a typical agency Account Manager / Relationship Manager role – we need someone who can not only engage and excite clients with confidence and a solution-centric approach, but also offer technical guidance with the day to day running of their accounts and grow to a point of being able to provide strategic input and insight to help move their Amazon business forward.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Develop existing client relationships

• Establish relationships with new clients and build trust

• Be able to understand & interpret customer requirements

• Be able to provide technical / operational support and guidance relating to the day to day running of their
Amazon accounts

• Fully understand clients objectives and strategy

• Adapts and present information clearly and effectively

• Identify areas for innovation within existing clients under their control

• Alert to market opportunities, able to cross-sell, under stands entire agency offering · Can manage a portfolio of
accounts and projects across a broad range of creative,

Experience & Capabilities

• A minimum of two years of account, client or customer success management experience essential

• E-commerce marketplace experience, preferably on Amazon, is highly advantageous

• Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape,
with focus on e-commerce advantageous

• Strong problem solving capabilities

• Marketing or Project Management tertiary education would be advantageous but is not a requirement · Super organised and calm under pressure

• Comfortable dealing with data

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once

• A natural in client relationships and comfortable managing those relationships remotely, as no clients are SA based

• Fluent in both written and spoken English, with outstanding communication skills

• Ability to learn at an accelerated pace, with a view to being fluent in the Amazon landscape within the first 2–3 months

• Desire to grow within the team as we continue to expand

Data Developer Position

We are looking for a savvy experienced tech developer that is creative in finding solutions to feed our data channels. Someone with an interest to make things come together and improve methods even if it means a redesign on current solutions. Someone who is tenacious and curious, who challenges a status-quo and is involved in a solution design, being able to weed out fancy extras for the necessities required to have a functional solution and manage expectations.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • app development and integrations of sourcing and transforming data to execute targeted functions as part of QC
  • processes design to ensure business operations are optimized and/or streamlined (scope to build your own workflow to integrate into the department structure – have a input into building your own position)
  • adhoc internal service requests as response to facilitate and serves as input to other departments within the business

Experience & Capabilities

  • min of 3+ years’ experience within the same field or practice (alternatively proof of exploring and own-thought solutions as a hobby)
  • Any qualifications (formal or informal) will be advantageous
  • baseline understanding of SSMS tools will be beneficial
  • Back end tech stack (aimed at sourcing and integrations between tools) is where you get to flaunt what you skills you have developed, anything goes and will count
  • Any ecommerce or/and Amazon knowledge or experience will be a bonus
  • Ability to consistently put out high quality work, work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities or ask for help will be highly advantageous (in BI we contribute with our individual strengths but never as lone rangers, always as support to each other)
  • Be a fast learner and continuously keep up with trends in tech space (specifically in response to Amazon changes and updates)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills is non-negotiable
