We are seeking to fill; up to four internship positions to support our team across departments; Content and Creative Department, Client Success Department, Amazon Operations and Amazon Advertising teams, for a period of 6 to 12 months or more.

About the Role

About the roleAre you up for a completely different kind of challenge?

We are looking for an Amazon Operations Associate to join our team. This is not a typical agency support associate role – we need someone who can not only solve problems and write exciting content with confidence and a creative approach, but also offer technical guidance with the day to day running of their accounts and give strategic input and insight to help move their Amazon business forward.

Key responsibilities

● Issue resolution: build foundational knowledge of issues arising from production and how to clarify, resolve and implement solutions as advised or guided by Amazon.

● Account setup: assist production to set up accounts for novel clients who have not had any exposure to Amazon platform and resolve any unique situations arising to get a brand live as well as already existing clients who need amendment to current accounts.

● Creative resolution strategy: get to know Amazon and how corresponding processes work in order to resolve encountered issues either by production or as part of building an account for new clients.

● Inventory: learn and understand the process and operation of inventory and influence on Amazon accounts, proactively respond to any inventory issues present in client Amazon accounts

● Learn, learn, and learn some more: Our working environment is based on learning and you have a dedicated training budget every month.

● Assisting and advising CSMs, Production, and Sales Department with Amazon operational issues.

● Supervising daily allocation, trouble-shooting, escalation and resolution of issues.

● Assisting with the design and implementation of new products and services launched by RT7, such as Inventory Management.

● Administering and managing Freshdesk and other software and tools used by Ops and RT7

● Escalating concerns regarding client request, needs, or issues, which is going to impact on the project, the team, and RT7’s wellbeing.

● Attending client calls upon request.

● Supporting long term planning that furthers the company’s overall goals

What you bring to the role:

● A minimum of two years of support, issue resolution in a E-Commerce marketplace experience essential

● E-commerce marketplace experience, preferably on Amazon, is highly advantageous

● Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with focus on e-commerce advantageous

● Strong problem-solving capabilities

● Digital Marketing tertiary education would be advantageous but is not a requirement

● Super organised and calm under pressure

● Comfortable dealing with multiple tasks

● Ability to manage multiple projects at once

● Fluent in both written and spoken English, with outstanding communication skills

● Ability to learn at an accelerated pace, with a view to being fluent in the Amazon landscape within the first 2 – 3 months

Junior Client Success Manager

This is not a typical agency Account Manager / Relationship Manager role – we need someone who can not only engage and excite clients with confidence and a solution-centric approach, but also offer technical guidance with the day to day running of their accounts and grow to a point of being able to provide strategic input and insight to help move their Amazon business forward.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Develop existing client relationships

• Establish relationships with new clients and build trust

• Be able to understand & interpret customer requirements

• Be able to provide technical / operational support and guidance relating to the day to day running of their
Amazon accounts

• Fully understand clients objectives and strategy

• Adapts and present information clearly and effectively

• Identify areas for innovation within existing clients under their control

• Alert to market opportunities, able to cross-sell, under stands entire agency offering · Can manage a portfolio of
accounts and projects across a broad range of creative,

Experience & Capabilities

• A minimum of two years of account, client or customer success management experience essential

• E-commerce marketplace experience, preferably on Amazon, is highly advantageous

• Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape,
with focus on e-commerce advantageous

• Strong problem solving capabilities

• Marketing or Project Management tertiary education would be advantageous but is not a requirement · Super organised and calm under pressure

• Comfortable dealing with data

• A natural in client relationships and comfortable managing those relationships remotely, as no clients are SA based
