How we can help you
We monitor your inventory levels on an ongoing basis for any catalog size. This includes monitoring all metrics
which influence the IPI score, such as in stock rates, days in inventory/ inventory age, and excess units
How it Works
01. We consult with you to establish your lead times. Based on this we will make recommendations which are in line
with your internal processes to ensure stock is always available.
02. Once stock reaches the minimum threshold, we send you recommended replenishment quantities.
This is influenced by sales velocity as well as other factors such as seasonality and events.
03. We will then create the shipment via your seller account and send relevant shipping labels.
04. Please note that you are responsible for shipment preparation and communication with the carrier.
05. Once the shipment has been sent, we will track the shipment and confirm once it is in receiving.
06. Using our Inventory Audit and Recovery Service we will reconcile any lost or damaged units.
